SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) Roofing Panels
SIPs roof panels (also known as Stress Panels or Sandwich Panels) are constructed of two sheets of Oriented Strand Board (OSB) with a solid foam core. Each panel is connected to the truss system or ridge beam of your structure and typically provide a stronger roof system than that of conventional roof construction. Shingles, metal panels or other roofing material is then applied directly to the roof panels. Each panel can be 4 foot to 24 foot in length and up to 48 inches wide. They are typically 8 1/4” thick but can be thicker or thinner according to your project and individual needs.
ISSR (Insulated Standing Seam Roof) Panels
Insulated Standing Seam roof panels give you the look of a traditional metal roof system with the added benefits of an insulating foam core for excellent “R” values that translate into future energy cost savings. This Standing Seam roof panel offers maximum protection against the elements as well as added strength and protection against damage from foot traffic as compared to other standing seam roof products.
